The third grade guidance classes discuss how important their families are. Part of the class is making a Family Coat of Arms where they choose symbols and colors to represent what they think their family represents. When they are all completed they also write a short paper on describing their family. The students then can read their work to the others in class. I always hear some very positive things, and it is a good lesson for the students to think about around the holiday season. I wish the best to everyone during the holidays and the new year ahead!
